The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) is inviting online applications for the Under Graduate Medical Admission Counseling (UGMAC) 2024. This is for admission into MBBS, BDS, and BV Sc. & AH courses, based on the NEET (UG) 2024 merit list for state quota seats. Eligible and interested male and female candidates can apply online at the official BCECE website (bceceboard.bihar.gov.in) from 15th August 2024 until the registration closes on 19th August 2024.

BCECE UGMAC 2024 Eligibility Criteria
For Medical Stream Courses:
- Must have passed 10+2/I.S.C./Pre-Medical or an equivalent exam with English, and separately passed in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Botany & Zoology)/Biotechnology.
- General category candidates need at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology combined.
- SC/ST/OBC/EBC candidates need at least 40% marks in these subjects combined.
- For UR category candidates based on NEET (UG) 2024, the aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology should not be less than 50%.
- SC/ST/OBC/EBC candidates must have at least 40% in these subjects.
- Differently-abled candidates need a minimum of 45% marks in these subjects in NEET (UG) 2024.
- Candidates must pass 10+2/I.S. with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as separate subjects.
- General category candidates must score at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology combined.
- SC/ST/OBC candidates should not have less than 47.5% in these subjects.
Additional Criteria:
These provisions might be modified by the Medical Council of India, and any changes will be final. The Bihar Health Department may issue further instructions based on the decisions of the State Government, Government of India, National Medical Council, Indian Dental Council, or Hon'ble Court, which will be followed accordingly.
For Agriculture Stream Courses:
Students who have studied abroad and wish to apply to any Veterinary College in India must have passed their 12th-grade level exam with Physics, Chemistry, Zoology/Biotechnology, and English as subjects, with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

Register Online:
- Registration starts on 15th August 2024. Make sure to fill out all the required details accurately.
Pay the Application Fee:
- The application fee for General, EWS, BC, and EBC categories is 1200/-. For SC, ST, and DQ categories, the fee is 600/-. Payments can be made online using Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
Edit Your Application (if needed):
- There is a one-day window on 20th August 2024 to make any corrections to your application.
Check the Merit List:
- The merit list will be published on 21st August 2024. Keep an eye out for your rank.
Choice Filling & Counseling:
- Once the merit list is out, you can participate in the choice filling and counseling process from 23rd August to 25th August 2024.
