Educational Qualification
The educational qualification required for this recruitment is as follows:
- (a) Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Matriculation / 10th or equivalent with minimum pass marks from any Government recognized School/Board.
- (b) Music Ability: Candidates should possess proficiency in music with accuracy in tempo, pitch, and singing one complete song. They should be able to perform one preparatory tune and any of the notations, such as Staff notation, Tablature, Tonic Solfa, Hindustani, Carnatic, etc. Additionally, candidates must be capable of tuning individual instruments (in case instruments require tuning) and matching unknown notes on vocal or instruments.

Air Force Vacancy 2024 Age Limit
Candidates born between 02 January 2004 and 02 July 2007 (both days inclusive) are eligible to appear in the Recruitment Rally.
PHYSICAL ELIGIBILITY DETAILS
- Height:
- Male: Minimum 162 cm
- Female: Minimum 152 cm
- Chest:
- Should be well proportioned and well developed with a minimum range of expansion of 5 cm.
- Hearing:
- Candidates should have normal hearing, i.e., able to hear forced whisper from a distance of 6 meters by each ear separately.
- Weight:
- Proportionate to height and age as applicable for IAF.
- Dental:
- Candidates should have healthy gums, a good set of teeth, and a minimum of 14 dental points.
- Visual Standards:
- Each eye should have 6/36 vision, correctable to 6/9 vision; Maximum limits of Refractive Error Not exceeding + 3.50D including Astigmatism.
