What is CMAT?
CMAT, which stands for Common Management Admission Test, is a test for business aptitude. The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts this test for admission to MBA/PGDM courses. Previously, it was conducted by AICTE. CMAT is the third most popular MBA entrance exam in India, following CAT and XAT. Around 70,000 candidates take the CMAT every year.
The CMAT score is accepted by approximately 1,300 B-schools across India, including institutions like Great Lakes Institute of Management, JBIMS, SIMSREE, K J Somaiya Mumbai, Welingkar Mumbai, and PUMBA. The CMAT question paper comprises 100 questions covering topics like Quantitative Techniques & Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension, General Awareness, and Innovation and Entrepreneurship. The CMAT question paper is of easy to moderate difficulty level.

CMAT Admission Process 2024
