In case of being shortlisted for the main examination, the examination fee for the main examination will be payable separately by the shortlisted candidates, which will have to be paid before downloading the admit card for the main examination.

Age Limit as on 01/07/2024
For direct recruitment, it is necessary that the candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of more than 40 years on 1st July of the calendar year in which the vacancies for direct recruitment are published.

Step to Fill Online Form

I. Personal Information:
- After login, personal information entered during the Preliminary Eligibility Test-2023 will be displayed automatically.
- Details include name, father/husband's name, mother's name, residency status in Uttar Pradesh, category, EWS status, reservation details, date of birth, gender, marital status, contact mobile number, email, etc.
II. Educational Qualification:
- Candidate needs to fill details related to mandatory educational qualifications as mentioned in the advertisement.
- Candidate selects Yes/No option regarding holding the educational qualification.
- Information such as the name of the board/institution/university, year of passing, certificate/roll number, date of obtaining the qualification certificate, and marks details should be mentioned.
III. Verification and Submission:
- After filling the above information, the candidate enters the verification code displayed and clicks on the “Submit” button.
- Upon submission, the "Candidate's Application Form" with an 11-digit registration number and other details will be displayed.
- Candidates should print a copy for future reference.
Photo and Signature:
- The photo and signature uploaded during the Preliminary Qualifying Examination-2023 will be automatically displayed.
- No amendments or changes can be made by the candidate.
- After viewing the photo and signature, the candidate proceeds to the next page by clicking the “Continue” button.
Other Details:
- Candidate selects Yes/No regarding preferential qualification (if any).
- Permanent and correspondence address entered during the Preliminary Qualifying Examination-2023 will be automatically displayed.
