UPSC CAPF 2024 - Selection Process
Selection Process for UPSC CAPF Assistant Commandants:
- Written Examination:
- Consists of two papers:
- Paper I: General Ability and Intelligence
- Paper II: Descriptive Test in English
- Physical Efficiency Tests (PET) and Medical Standards Tests:
- Candidates who pass the written exam will be called for PET and must meet specific physical standards.
- Interview/Personality Test:
- Upon clearing the earlier stages, candidates are called for an interview that assesses their suitability for a career in CAPF.
- Merit List:
- The final selection is based on the merit list generated from the written examination and interview scores.
