BCECE Notification 2024, Application Fee, Eligibility Criteria, Exam Pattern

BCECE 2024 Application Fee

For PCM/PCA/CBA/MCA/MBA subjects:
  • General/OBC: Rs 1000
  • SC/ST/DQ: Rs 500
For PCMB subject:
  • General/OBC: Rs 1100
  • SC/ST/DQ: Rs 550

 BCECE Eligibility Criteria 2024

For Engineering:
  • Candidates must be residents of Bihar.
  • They must have completed their 12th grade from a recognized board.
  • Alternatively, they can apply with a valid JEE Main score.
  • The applicants must have studied Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics.
  • They are required to attain a minimum of 45% marks (40% for SC/ST).
For Pharmacy:
  • Candidates must be at least 16 years old by December 31, 2024.
  • They should have passed their 12th grade from a recognized board.
  • The applicants should have studied Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology (PCMB).
  • They need to secure at least 45% marks (40% for reserved categories).

 BCECE 2024 Exam Pattern

Candidates should review the exam pattern for BCECE 2024 outlined below:
  • Exam Mode: The examination will be conducted offline, using pen and paper.
  • Medium: The exam will be available in both English and Hindi languages.
  • Question Format: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) will comprise the paper.
  • Duration: Candidates will have 1 hour and 30 minutes (90 minutes) to complete the paper.
  • Number of Questions: The paper will consist of a total of 100 questions.
  • Marking Scheme: For each correct answer, candidates will receive 4 marks, while 1 mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
